  • Gain insights into innovative approaches and best practices for optimizing gift and estate tax planning strategies in anticipation of the 2026 tax law changes.
  • Learn how to leverage philanthropic opportunities within the changing tax landscape to maximize client benefits and charitable impact.

  • Learn planning options for clients who are scheduled to see their gift and estate exemptions reduced at the end of 2025.

The State Bar of Arizona does not approve or accredit CLE activities for the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirements of specialists.

This activity may qualify for up to 3 hours toward your annual CLE requirement for the State Bar of Arizona, including 3 hours of advanced level training in the area of Estate and Trust Law.

The Arizona State Board of Accountancy does not pre-approve CPE providers. This activity may qualify for up to 3 hours toward your CPE.
