We invite you to join us at the premier car show in Arizona in 2023.

If you’re selling cars or anything car related, or if you want to reach an audience with high disposable income, this is the place to be. Concours in the Hills 2022 had over 1,200 vehicles on display, more than 100 sponsor/vendor booths, and more than 35,0000 spectators. The event has raised nearly $1,000,000 for Phoenix Children's, one of America's leading pediatric hospitals.

What makes this show so special and successful is undeniably that it is held in what is the most spectacular setting for a car show in the valley - on grass around the lake and highest fountain in Fountain Hills, Arizona. We are once again taking over the whole park, which allows both vehicles and sponsors plenty of space. This is not a formal "white gloves" concours but rather a relaxed and fun event designed to allow enthusiasts to display their own vehicles and admire others.

The show is supported by the leading car clubs of Arizona, both import and domestic. The cars are displayed by brand so we will do our best to place you with a specific brand or category if you wish. We also expect to have even more military and civilian helicopters. 2022 brought a much bigger race section with some very rare race cars worth millions each. We are looking to expand the alternative fuel section in 2023. Lucid Motors was at the 2022 show with an eye-catching display and providing test drives.

Food Trucks

Self-contained trucks are eligible for most locations around the park. Because of space and maneuverability, towed trailers are limited to certain sections. All towed trailers will be parked on Saguaro Blvd. near the european section.

Please make sure that you have enough food and supplies as most trucks sold out quite early last time. You must arrive no later than 8AM on the 12th as it gets very busy by then with people arriving and ready to eat. You are free to leave anytime after 3.30PM.

The Town of Fountain Hills also requires that all vendors selling product, food and/or beverages obtain a business/retial license. Please visit Fountain Hills Business License & Fees site to apply online. Please note that there is a fee of $50. It is recommended to apply 35 days prior to allow enough time to process the license.

We are required by the town to collect the information below. Please email the below info to our Special Events team at concours_in_the_hills@phoenixchildrens.com no later than January 15. We cannot guarantee entry to the event without this information.
