At the summit, you will:
- Hear from Phoenix Children’s leadership about how philanthropy helps sustain the hospital’s mission.
- Participate in educational sessions on tax optimization and wealth vehicles with Reynolds Cafferata, partner at Rodriguez, Horii, Choi & Cafferata LLP.
- Network with like-minded professionals who share a commitment to Phoenix Children’s and our community.
- Understand the new landscape for determining the timing of making charitable donations after the Hoenscheid case.
- Become familiar with legislative proposals for donor advised funds and other charitable giving and estate planning.
- Learn planning options for clients who are scheduled to see their gift and estate exemptions reduced at the end of 2025.
Event eligible for 3 hours CFRE, CFP continuing education.
The State Bar of Arizona does not approve or accredit CLE activities for the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirements of specialists.
This activity may qualify for up to 3 hours toward your annual CLE requirement for the State Bar of Arizona, including 3 hours of advanced level training in the area of Estate and Trust Law.
