Friends and Family,
As many of you may know, Hannah was diagnosed with stage IV epithelial hepatoblastoma on Wednesday, May 6th. Hepatoblastoma is a rare cancer that usually starts as a solid tumor in the liver and is typically found in children under three years old. This fundraiser was created by Kristen's North Central Parenting Group to show our support for Hannah and the Grace family. They have asked in lieu of gifts or food that we honor Hannah by making a donation in her name. Thank you in advance for all your love and support for the Grace Family, please follow Hannah's story by clicking the link below.
