ABOUT HYO: The Homeless Youth Outreach (HYO) program at Phoenix Children's Hospital provides free, comprehensive medical care directly to children and youth who are experiencing homelessness at our Crews’n Healthmobiles and community-based clinics. Through our Mobile Medical Units (MMUs), we increase access to primary and preventative health care by driving services directly to those in need. Hospital staff members address medical conditions that often interfere with children’s development, school performance and overall health and wellness.
