How will they know any different if we don’t tell them?
All parts of medicine have their moments of sadness. All parts of medicine see death. We are just different because we are specially trained to help people potentially facing this experience. Wouldn’t you want someone at your side to help and support you in this experience if you had to face it? Making sure you had all the information you needed, that your child was comfortable, that your voice was being heard?
