9/14/23- UPDATE!!!

Hello all! Team D Squared has recently been blessed with having some additional participants join their team, and their quest to raise as many funds as possible to help the children in need at PCH! The new participants are three different athletes from Dalton's basketball team, as well as members from their amazing families. God's vision is ALWAYS bigger than our own, so grateful for the added support!

Hello family and friends! I (Tiana) am writing on behalf of Dalton and team D Squared (Dalton and his dad). Dalton is ecstatic to be coming back for his THIRD time to this amazing event that enables individuals/teams to raise funds for children in need at PCH. As some of you may recall from the bios I have written in the past, both Dalton and his sister have had surgeries and procedures done at PCH. The tailored care and undivided attention that the providers and staff give to patients is out of this world! Dalton is at an age where he truly understands the importance of serving his community, and giving back as much as he can as a now nine year old. Any contribution is greatly appreciated, and I am so very thankful to all of you who feel moved to support my son with his goals and aspirations! Our family and friends were extremely generous last year, and helped team D Squared raise a little over $2000!!!!!! I asked D what he’d like for me to set his goal at for this year, and and he confidently and very matter of factly stated, “at least $2700, mom.”

DJ continues to stand behind this vow that he made two years ago, “I will run every single year to make sure that kids get the care they need, so that they can spend more time having fun, and less time in the hospital.”
