How do I participate in the Phoenix Children’s MTM Cycle?
Phoenix Children’s MTM Cycle will take place on Sunday, November 13th, at Phoenix Raceway and surrounding area. Rally your family, neighbors, and colleagues to help raise funds and awareness for Phoenix Children's!
Will I have to use my phone, running watch or other device to record my results?
As a non-qualifying event, we encourage participants to complete the ride at their own pace. Please share your finish line photos on social media using the #MTMCycle so we can celebrate with you!
How can I track my ride and progress?
All ride maps are integrated with Strava. Please be sure to sign up for the app prior to the event day and follow along your path.
How much is registration?
Registration fees range from $125-$250 for adults and $50 for children 14-17. Once registered, please be sure to create your personal fundraising page. Every donation made to the Phoenix Children’s MTM Cycle goes directly to making an impact in patient care. Onsite registration available.
Is fundraising required?
While fundraising is not required to participate, it is encouraged! Please log into your personalized participant center to discover new ways to fundraise. There are some great incentive prizes you can earn as a 'Thank You' from us for all your hard work! Remember, 100% of proceeds from Phoenix Children’s MTM Cycle go right to the kids.
How do I fundraise?
Register as a participant and follow the easy steps to set-up your fundraising page. You can customize your page with your own personal message and photo!
Set the tone and become the first to donate to your cause. Then ask your friends and family to donate to your page. Share your fundraising page link on social media and through email so they can donate through a secure site with their credit card. You can also accept cash and/or checks.

Can we bring our dogs?
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, only service animals that area trained to assist you with tasks of daily living, and certified by the ADA, are welcome at Phoenix Raceway. Any individual whose service animal does not meet this policy is subject to removal from Phoenix Raceway property. “Comfort Animals” are not considered service animals. Visitors in violation will be asked to leave.
Animals who provide personal protection, emotional support, companionship, and therapy are not considered service animals under the ADA requirements, and therefore will not be allowed access to Phoenix Raceway. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Where does the money go?
Funds raised through the event will benefit the Phoenix Children’s Hope Fund—helping to launch critical new programs, purchase essential equipment, conduct cutting-edge research, provide charitable care, and more.

Can I collect donations offline?
Absolutely! Offline donations (cash and checks) will be counted toward your fundraising total and can be mailed to:

Include an offline donation form with your cash and/or check(s) payable to “Phoenix Children's Hospital Foundation” or "PCHF". So you and your team get credit, include your name and your team name. It may take up to seven business days to process your donation and have it reflected on your fundraising page.
If I register before my team captain, can I still join his or her team?
Yes. Once your team captain has registered, log into your Participant Center, Click on the Profile tab, then click on the Event Options tab and look for "Change Team Membership." You'll see an option to Join a Team or say that you are happy with your current team settings. You won't have the option to join the team until he or she has registered and created the team.

Where do I park?
Parking is free and available at the In-Field Parking Lot, “Entry A Green Pass” off Avondale Blvd. Check out our map above for more information. We encourage you to carpool. Volunteers will be available to direct you upon arrival.

Route Logistics
The Phoenix Children’s Miles That Matter Cycle Route will be open from 7:30am to 1:00pm. All routes start and finish at Phoenix Raceway and tour the surrounding area. Course support will be available beginning at 7:30am and conclude at 1:00pm, this includes traffic control services, aid stations and SAG vehicles. For route logistics, please visit the event day page.
Traffic control officials will be assisting cyclists to move through most intersections, however, please be prepared to stop at all intersections along the route, as well as, for motor traffic to help relieve traffic congestion, if necessary.
We ask all cyclists to abide by all directions enforced by law enforcement, traffic control officials, and other event officials. Please be patient and courteous to all officials when stopped, they are there to help you have a successful and great ride!
Route Aid Stations
Aid Stations will be located throughout the ride routes and will close at 1:00pm. Please be prepared with outside assistance should your riding pace not allow you to finish by 1:00pm as the stations will be closed.
Each station will be equipped with restrooms and bike parking. Volunteers will be staffed at each location and ready to help answer any questions. They will be offering water and snacks.
If you have special dietary restrictions, please be sure to bring your own food or plan to stop at a store along the route. Remember to stay hydrated! Water will be available at each station. To help reduce cramps and muscle spasms we recommend bringing your own electrolyte replacements!
SAG Wagon
Support and gear vehicles will be circling throughout the route for cyclists who may need medical attention or a rest. The SAG wagons will be fully equipped with bike repair tools, water, snacks, and rides between aid stations. Should you need any assistance while on route, please move off to the side of the road, in a safe location, to signal a SAG vehicle for help.
Rider Wristbands
At registration you will receive a color-coded wristband to help identify you as an official participant in the ride. The color of each wristband coincides with the directions of each route.
When is packet pick up?
Event participants will pick up jerseys and wristbands the day of the ride on Sunday, November 13th.
Registration and check-in will be stationed at the Garage #1 entrance of the event space at Phoenix Raceway opening at 6:45 a.m.
